We hired a bus to get a group of us from Brighton le Sands to Darling Harbour for a harbour cruise. The bus driver got lost and we ended up at North Sydney!! The bus driver needed our directions to get him back over the harbour bridge to Darling Harbour, - this involved U turns across median strips, and several close calls with other cars. We made the harbour cruise with minutes to spare.
Similarly, on our return trip, we would have ended up in the Eastern suburbs, if not for us yelling "Get in the right lane!!"
We then were dropped across the road, and down from our hotel, requiring us to cross a (still) busy 6 lane road at midnight.
With such an unprofessional driver and a bus no interior lights, and a back door that kept flying open, I think I am being generous with my star rating.
Would I recommend this company?? Definitely not.
