Shoe Box

I'm not too sure if it can be found in Shoe Box's creed, but poor customer service is something I've experienced in 3 of the stores I've visited. North Rocks, my local store, probably tops my Customer Service Hall of Shame.
So much so, that although I've wanted to purchase a couple of pairs of unnecessary, yet oh, so lovely items of footwear, I've decided against it on mere principle. After walking around the store, unattended for a good 20minutes, trying on one left shoe of each I choose, I have to then hobble to the nearest mirror. Why should I then fork out my hard earned cash to someone who is more interested in reading the latest Who behind the counter, than assisting my needs?
However, on the upside, it has become a novelty in my household - walk in and see how long it takes for someone to choose you, over their freshly manicured nails, or a gossip session on their mobile phone with a friend.
