Thank you soooo much Shoe Guys for fixing my remote car key! It wasn't even a shoe and you did it! I'd trawled the net for autolocksmiths and noone was as ready to give it a go as you were and I visited a locksmith in Collingwood who sold me a new battery and suggested go to Ebay or the car dealer. Love your can-do attitude! Thanks again!

My partner just went to pick up my leather boots I dropped 4 days ago to repair the heels at this place.

I gave them in very good conditions (exept the heels), I just realize they damaged them while repairing, probably with the press machine which was holding the shoe. There are big marks on them on the front part, the texture is gone!! I didnt see it at the first sight as they tried to HIDE it with some brown texture on it.

They didn´t tell us anything about the damage and make him pay $25 for that ¨repair¨. Errors and damage can happen, but It's totally unaccepable, unprofessional and dishonest not to tell anything and try to hide it!!!! Besides, both men who work there are not friendly at all, just want the money and no smile at all. I definetely don't recommend this place at all, I'm so disappointed to trust these guys who damage my favourite pair of shoes. That´s a shame to make us pay for what you did and hide it the way you did.

Fast and ok service. Had a key duplicated and it took around 30 secs, cost around $7.95.

I came here for a simple quote on a new battery for my old $20 watch. Well, can you imagine my shock when the bloke here quoted me a whopping $20 just for a new battery? I even told them the watch is worth same as the battery... but they wouldn't budge. I headed off to my next option not even a 5 mins drive away.. who quoted me just $12. I took up their quote in an instant!
