The staff member who served me was lovely and very knowledgeable about his products. I'm thrilled with my new pair of shoes, will definitely be going back. they have a fabulous range of top quality european footware, not like most shoe store chains. it's well worth supporting this family business!
They were rude, and seemed disinterested in serving and worse still, they refused to honour their obligations to refund money for faulty goods. In my opinion they rely on the fact that they are the only shoe store on station street, and that people won't bother to do anything to follow up on just one pair of bad shoes, to avoid their consumer obligations. If they had any competition on the street they would be much nicer to customers.
There are lots of better shoe stores with actual customer service, and great savings, just a few minutes away. Its worth the trip.
I will not only never shop there again.
