I experienced terrible service here. The store has a ticketing system to order when customers are served, but the staff ignore it. We asked several times why we couldn't be served when our number was displayed. And we asked again when other people, with higher ticket numbers than ours, were served ahead of us. The staff were first indifferent, then rude when we insisted. There's nothing charming about mouthy back chat when you've already been waiting with tired, grumpy pre-schoolers for way too long. We left the store without buying anything because our kids couldn't be expected to wait any more and we were shocked by the rudeness shown to us.
This shop has lot of discounted shoes and socks for kids. It has got nearly 50% discounted items. I bought a toddler branded Reebok shoe pair for A$30 and few pair of socks in a very discounted price. I think that it is worth buying from them and I would recommend other to buy from them
