Shop 1 Auto

I have been using these guys for some years now, almost since the business started up. The proffessionalism and advice offered with no sales pressure has been invaluable. I have purchased roof bars, bike carriers and top boxes for three different vehicles and about to buy a roof rack for a fourth. The poor review here cannot possibly be accurate. I suppose that you get them sometimes but the service here has always been nothing short of first class!

Dropped in to see the team to 'sanity check' the fitting of some roof racks we'd moved across from another car (both Subaru but different models) thinking we may need to get an adaptor kit for a better fit. After a quick chat it became apparent there wasn't a kit that would help and new cross bars were the way to go for a safer outcome. There was no pressure to make a decision and after 2 previously great experiences here, visit number 3 was just as helpful and I never felt that there was anything other than honest advice being offered. Twenty minutes later and I'm on my way again with new roof racks I know will stay in place when on the expressway!

I went to this shop with my wife on 29 Aug 2014 in the afternoon. After a few minutes talking with the only person in office, we left to pick up my son from school. After picking up my son, I returned to the shop with my son. I told the person I was coming to pay deposit for roof rack for 3 bikes. But, the person offered the cross bar and bike racks under 2 different brands names. My only question is whether I could have the same brands for these 2 items and what are the difference for these 2 brands. Then, the person exploded and shouted to me " I have enough" and walked away. I walked out of the shop with my son and then that person kept shouting "go out, go out" behind us. From my entering into shop to leaving it, it took less than 3 minutes. This is totally SHOCKING service. This shop should not exist at all with this kind of salesperson serving customer.
