On purchasing an SD card, I received it without any problems.
When i realised i purchased an SD card rather than a SD Micro card, i apologised to them and asked if i could exchange it for the correct one.
They told me: Under there policy they do not offer exchange, but for an exception for me one time only, plus a $5 re-stocking fee.
I returned the item, thank goodness i did this through AusPost with a tracking number.
I checked the AusPost tracking number a few days later. It had arrived to them, and had been signed for.

Prices are good, that's whats gets you in. But if anything goes wrong with the product.... beware!
Their after sales service is hopeless. They refuse to allow communication by email or phone, so you are stuck with their "ticket" system.
After waiting several weeks for a response I finally found a number and rang them, only to be told the person handling my claim was on leave! I waited several more weeks for service on my camera which has yet to be returned.
When they finally responded to say my camera had been posted back there was a tracking number which was incorrect and they haven't responded to my inquiries about that!
They don't have any idea on communication. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
i bought a phone from them a galaxy note 11 and after returning it to them it took them 5 months to return it to me. i contacted them over 15 times in relation to the mater, i lodged a complaint with consumer affairs. trying to get my phone back over they even ignored the complaint i lodged with consumer affairs. it took them 5 moths to returm my phone i had to buy another and as such am 200 dollars out of pocket.
This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Be warned deal with this company at your own peril
