Once again super impressed with the repairs done on my car. Paint job perfect and not to mention the spotless state that both the inside and outside of my car was returned to me, it certainly didnt arrive like that. Could not fault the work done nor the attitudes of the staff I dealt with. Hayden is always up front and pleasant to speak with. Work always done within the time frame stated. Would have no problems recommending this establishment. Thanks again for your great service.
I have had 2 cars repaired with Shoppingtown Body repairs in the last few months because of small accidents. They were fixed perfectly and on time as promised and were beautifully clean, like new. For one repair I was given a loan car at no cost. A wonderful professional and friendly business,
I chose this business to repair my car as it was local and accredited and deeply regret not choosing another repairer. I would not suggest this business to anyone needing car repairs, this I cannot stress enough.

My insurance company chose Shoppingtown Motor Body Repairs (SMBR) to do the repair job on my Hyundai i30 Trophy. Although the damage to my car was not extensive, the work was done on schedule and the vehicle handed back to me in pristine condition. I mentioned F22B1's criticism to the management at SMBR and he is aware of my intention to send this message in support of his company.
My experience was exactly the opposite. The front end repairs to my Hyundai i30 were carried out to perfection, on time and the car handed back to me in pristine condition. F22b1's apparent disappointment would have been better reported to his/her insurers, who would have dealt with the matter had there been any substance to it.
Scalebod, I am very happy to hear your experience was much better than mine, I hope for future customers' sake that you are legitimate. For the record, when I originally realised the repair was defective I contacted my insurer, and they stated they would only step in if the repairer refused to fix the issue, so I had no choice but to wait it out until the job was finished properly. Furthermore, after my repairs were eventually finalised my insurer sent me a feedback survey to which I gave Shoppingtown Motor Body Repairs appropriately low scores in regards to customer service and quality of repairs. I wrote my review simply as a word of warning to the general public. This was my first experience with this company and obviously my last. I tell those I know who need repairs to avoid Shoppingtown Motor Body Repairs because of what happened, I don't want them or someone else to go through the same stress I did.
