As I said to lady in office when picking up item - I would never buy from someone who used this Freight company. Never under any circumstances! Much better Freight Services in Coffs than this. No idea of customer service. Well rehearsed 'don't engage with customer', so walk out of room!
Do not give these people business. Under any circumstances. As a local, i feel word of mouth is important. My vehicle was damaged by a company truck, because of a negligent employee, and every other staff member dealt with was hostile and unhelpful. One employee was aggressive and had to be held back by a senior member of staff after said incident, not exactly professional. There's so many *good* freight companies in the area, that are so much more deserving.
