Shower Care

Do not use this business. We asked Arthur to repair the grouting and within a month, the grout had cracked away. When asked to come and repair the problems, Arthur claimed it was our fault and due to the products we were using, as though it is a crime to use basic shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The photos demonstrate the outcome of the work that he has done. Stay away.

Do not recommed. I am an unsatisfied customer in Fawkner.

Paid $1,200.00 + GST in cash for a job with no warranty. Arthur came to fix a cracked shower base upstairs in May 2017. At first it looked very well done, he requested the shower not be used for a week which we followed, also said it would be stronger than ever. Six months later it cracked again. My husband called him mid December 2017, he said he did not remember him, requested a picture of the crack, and that most likely we would have to pay him again. So, the message was sent with the picture, and he answered over a month later only to say that we have to pay again $1,200.00 + GST to which we replied asking whether he would not cover it under warranty and he has ignored our message.

Arthur turned up a bit late as he'd got lost on the way, but I still felt fine trusting him in our home on his own. Anyway, he was just finishing the job off when I arrived home and I was so happy with the shower base that I invited Arthur to share a beer with me:) And I told him to buy a new GPS!

Terrible job, repair not fixed properly, had to get him to come back a second time, still not fixed correctly. Needed cleaners to to a "builders clean" for a full day after he had been due to the dust being trampled around the house. The finish on the paint had hair, dust and dirt in it. Would NEVER recommend. He may be cheaper, but pay the extra to get a job done properly. I just wasted $1540 and need to get it done again

They seemed to know what they were talking about but the results didn't live up to the talk. Quite a high price quoted which would be OK for somebody who actually did an excellent job. Very poor workmanship which was worse than I would have done myself. Wouldn't recommend Shower care to anyone !
