2nd attemp worse than the first. Incorrect size.The installer came today. Wrong size. Some clown changed the measurements, too short in height and not cut to angles first quoted. Back to the drawing board.

Might need to re measure Again !

Secondly is it a common practice to anchor the frame to the grout lines on a tile wall ( 600 x 300 tiles) rather than through the easier less supportive technique of the grout line ??.

Thirdly as I and allegedly the installer have complained to you today. I would have expected an appology by phone ASAP at the very least for your mistakes So far Nada.

I was going to use your company for second bathroom, not looking good at this stage .

As far as referrals are concerned a miracle will have to happen now.
