Stay away from this company. Had a shower installed which has not stopped leaking and when you call to try and speak to someone no one ever returns your call. Products are inferior so don't waste your time or money! Very unprofessional.

On the day of the quote the staff turned up late leaving only 5 minutes to measure. I am told on the day of installation AFTER my old screen is removed that they measured up 100mm short and that a whole new screen needs to be made and i have to be without a screen for a while.

When i tried to call the office on Monday i was told someone would call me back, they never did.

I called on Tuesday to be told they were busy and had things to do and would've eventually got around to calling me.

I was told i would not get any type of price reduction and that these things happen. There was no apology, no customer service in fact i was told they were coming to install it "IN THEIR OWN TIME" for me.

I am aghast at the non existent customer service with this compnay and their lack of professionalism which they actually tried to promote during the quote. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
