Shutters Only

Appalling customer service - who makes an appointment rocks up 45 minutes late then just dumps the product at the front door of my apartment complex and tells me to get someone else to do it. This guy should retire as he appears to have no idea how customer service works in the 21st century! If only we could submit zero stars!!

The owner of the business, Ron, installed shutters in three rooms of our house. About two years later, the plastic pins holding the louvers in place started to regularly break.

According to Ron this wasn't a problem with his product. The plastic in the pins was getting brittle and shearing off because "the Sun made them hot". So, shutters getting Sun on them, caused them to break.

Anyway, he explained he wouldn't be coming to fix them. When pushed, he offered to send us new "bag of pins" which would allow me to drill out the old ones and replace them (regularly). Except, when the bag arrived it was a licorice allsorts of different pins NONE of which matched the dimensions of the existing holes.

Ron wasn't happy when I called him back to explain the problem with the supplied pins, and he hung up on me.

Poor product and poor service. Don't go near him.

Would agree completely with the first review about this company. Dodgy company,dodgy shutters that scrape when you open and close them. Finish was slap handed and the wait time way longer than the "6 weeks" they estimated. Homer Simpson could have done a better job. Please do NOT use this company!!!!!

Beware, this company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, we had them install shutters on our home, and the installation was atrocious, shutters would not shut properly, they would catch on the bottom of the window sill, jam at the top of the frame, altogether there were 34 installation mistakes made. I have a video I did to prove the poor quality of workmanship done. Please do not use this company, I have given this company half a star as this is the lowest rating I can give and be able to post this review, what ever you do be very wary of this company, use someone else.
