Have eaten here 4 times now. Each time has been wonderful. We usually come for a late lunch before the dinner rush when there are few people. Last time we turned up on a very busy evening (with no reservation). The maître d was so lovely and friendly, she put our name down for a table that was finishing up and we went across the road for a quick drink at the Queens whilst we waited. When we came back our table was ready. We sat outside (a first for us here), after some initial trepidation, I think we now prefer this spot. Such great atmosphere.
The service is so friendly and so helpful when choosing food and drink. Although we now have our favourites that we have started to stick with, but I know if we want to try something different the staff will always be able to recommend something new for us.
