Siena's Pizzeria & Cafe

Worst service I have ever had! Myself and 3 friends went to Siena’s during the Beaufort Street Festival as it was the only restaurant that was half empty (I now know why!). After standing at the door waiting to be seated for 5 minutes we decided to take it into our own hands and chose a table in front of the bar after being told this was ok by the staff at the till. 5 minutes went by and I then decided to also get our menus from the wait staff as not one of the 5 wait staff had brought any over (despite one leaning on the desk as i collected them). Another 20minutes (35minutes since arriving at the restaurant) and after hailing someone down we had first contact and finally our orders were taken, and then we waited 30minutes went by and we had 2 further friends join out table of now 6 people. This restaurant used to be the place my family went to for celebration dinners and it also used to be my favourite place to eat at. Since its changed management it has become a HUGE disappointment. Tonight was the third time I had dined here since it's changed management and I will never come back. These 3 recent visits; the service was absolutely shocking! Waited about 30-40 minutes each visit to get served, when we received our meals they all came at different times (in the space of 15 mins) they were not served all at once, the meals were COLD and had to be sent back, we were not offered any cracked pepper or cheese (extras) and we asked for a jug of tap water 3 times until I personally got out of my seat and grabbed one because everytime we asked they conveniently kept forgetting...and the place wasn't even busy! So there was no excuse. Poor service and poor presentation of food. Will definitely not be coming back to the mt lawley sienas.

We dined recently here. Must say it is pricey and very Aussie style of Italian cooking.

If you are looking for real Italian food this isn't really the place

.great location but parking is hard. The food is bland for our taste but the cafe nature is the place is good for an afternoon coffee if you are in the area (which we are)

A perfectly pleasant cafe/restaurant. The food was fine, service was middling, prices reasonable. There was nothing particularly that made this place stand out from any other.

Good restaurant, very family friendly - and great prices for it's prime location on Beaufort Street. Sister restaurant of the same name in Leederville is exactly the same, and just as good. Great for an inexpensive meal at a family-friendly restaurant. Great locations for people watching or proximity to bars, coffee shops etc.
