We recently completed our third move with White Glove Movers. While the move itself went smoothly, we discovered that some of our possessions went missing.
Despite our attempts to resolve this, White Glove Movers denied any responsibility and insinuated inconsistencies in my statements to their General Manager.

I have used White Glove a few times now for myself and CEO's that I work for. White Glove are always efficient, professional, accommodating and obliging.
They treat each move as if they are moving their own home, careful and considerate as well as professional. Highly recommend White Glove.

Moved house with White Glove Mover earlier this year in May. Lee was extremely supportive throughout the entire process from understanding our needs, providing the quote and then the actual move. Would highly recommend using them if you are after a premium & reliable service - pack, move & unpack.

What a nightmare. One of the worst experiences of my life. Totally unprofessional. Damaged my house. Had the wrong address. Arrived late, the bad list is endless. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Do not ever use White Gloves.
And what's more they begged me not to write a review.
But they NEVER did offer to pay for the damages or their totally unprofessional behaviour.
Aparently they used to be the best, don't know what has changed, but people who have had previous experience with them say they must have changed. Everyone is horrified. And they seem desperate. Avoid this awful experience.
