On my visit to the Gold Coast last week I came across this new Chinese restaurant at the Crowne Plaza in Surfers Paradise. Let me tell you, this is a serious restaurant! A true hidden gem amongst the crainess of Surfers Paradise. They have the live fish, lobsters, crabs as you would imagine at any 'better' Chinese restaurant but the rest of their menu is incredible! The downside to the restauraant is the location. The Crowne Plaza is not central but its worth a visit if you are around and looking for good food! Kudos to the friendly staff who were clearly new but were managing great!
