We had a terrible experience and aren't the only ones.
-They took advantage of my mum's vulnerability and convinced her she NEEDED the most expensive titanium frames (her Opthalmologist later said that was rubbish)
-They sold her a square frame instead of a round frame (neglecting to tell her this would distort her vision).
-They made a mistake on her prescription and said "it's only .17 off , it's no big deal."
