First visit so keep that in min, but I found the practice staff very friendly and effiicent in making my appointment. Good approach to determine if I needed an urgent appointment and how long would be required.
They have a commitment to being on time and where. I saw Dr Gary Scheepers who was gentle, professional and kept me fully informed as he did the work.
The costs where reasonable and the gap for me (HB top dental) was 20% of the account. I also have a quote for crowns and again the gap is ~ 20% so it does not appear to be any evidence of over servicing or charging.
Quality of work so far has been very good.
As a dental technician and a patient, this surgery has always had state of the art equipment, making their treatments much more efficient and of higher quality than average practices. I've found their costs to be reasonably low when comparing across the board. Very good quality, and always running on time and reliable. Wouldn't go anywhere else
Very poor. Went in for a check up and was recommended 'urgent' treatment. The treatment was not covered by health insurance and there was no advice on the price implications of the the service. When left to reception was given a $600 bill for a half hour service, which I paid. Utterly offensive.
I disagree. I have been going there for quite a few years now, and they are very efficient and do not "over service". They are one of the least invasive dental surgeries I have been to, and when you compare their prices to others around the area and in perth, they are definitely on the lower side.
