Urgher cuisine seems to be a mix of many different cuisines and a mix of solo and communal dining. It appears to be similar to chinese but then some dishes have cumin in them which throws you off. Silk Road was packed and even though we were quite late for dinner we were lucky to get a table without a booking. The outside of the restaurant doesn't look promising but the decor inside is lovely. The food was all delicious - particularly the kebabs. Love the home made noodles. Some of the dishes are around the $25 plus mark but this is because they are communal dishes and are designed to be shared between at least three people but most main dishes are around $13 or so.Orders are placed at the register. The service throughout your meal will be your main issue here. It is friendly but intermittent so your best bet if you need anything is to go up to the register.
