Silkwood homes recently completed our house. They went above and beyond in every way. The house was completed way before the completion date, the quality of work was exceptional. The staff at Silkwood are a credit to the company, always replying to my calls,emails promptly, everyone at Silkwood we’re friendly and professional. I would recommend Silkwood homes for anyone wanting to build a new house. Very very happy with the service provided.
Silkwood Homes recently built a home for me. Overall I was satisfied with the experience. They got the job done, and I'm satisfied with it. They did a good job, and the build was completed quite quickly. Staff were always friendly to deal with, and the quality and attention to detail was pretty good. Tony (the building supervisor) was great to deal with, really down-to-earth and I appreciated working with him. Treacy (Client Liaison Manager) was really friendly and generally helpful; however, I think there is significant room for improvement when it comes to communication. Emails are sometimes replied to promptly, although sometimes it can take considerable time to get a reply, and will require reminders and 'chasing up'. Phone calls are normally returned, although not always. It would be great to see some more consistency here with communication and client enquiries always promptly followed up.
