I note the last teview was 3 months ago and excellent but thats not the case now. The meals are very expensive @ around $35 for a main which are very small. The duck was chewy and only warm with half tea spoon smear of sauce to compliment it with nothing more and no vegies. The salmon was very nice although again very sparse with 4 minute baby vegetables and no sauce. Very ordinary to say the least with a $191 price tag for 4 people. There is better value in Newy like Sandbar in the same price range.
Overpriced. Would not recommend bar food at all; Half their bar menu (the pizzas) aren't available on Friday or Saturday nights. Chips are frozen and reheated, no crunch at all. Salt and pepper squid is oily and oversalted, if you order this make sure you have at least 5 spare glasses of water around and don't expect a side salad included in your $25 meal. And watch out for the soggy bruschetta; and the staff who ask you 8 times if you would like to order another $19.50 cocktail while you wait an hour for your meal.
Dropped in to this little bar for a post show drink. The view over the water and the new foreshore style make this stretch of bars/restaurants the perfect place to spend some time with friends.
The Saturday-night crowd was very friendly and and the staff were attentive without being a hassle. the wine list looked good and the desserts were very tempting.
