Incredibly rude, condesending people with nothhing but contempt for their tenants.

They ignore all communications, and even made threats over the phone when we requested for overdue repair work to be done.

Everyone on this thread would benefit from sharing this page with their landlord as i have done, as any landlord with a decent moral compass would not pedal money into a business like this.

Terrible service and horrible to deal with. Pushy over cents and generally a horrible agent. Worst I have ever had to deal with. No google fixed location to avoid bad reviews. Avoid!

I was a tenant for almost 3 years. This has been the most rude and disgusting real estate agent I ever had. They don't answer the phone nor the email. I would qualify zero if I could.

Besides not solving any issue (which decreases the value of the properties for lack of mantainance -watch out for landlords-), they refused to communicate the rent increase, and when the lease was going to be due they increased more than 50% and terminated the contract without consultation. The only option to stay was to apply online, likely expecting us to pay a higher price due to competition.

Extremely horrible service downright disgusting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP!

Unequivocally the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with; incompetent, complacent and passive aggressive - they act like they're doing you a huge favour just by doing their job (badly).

In one instance, my rent payment was delayed by literally a few hours, and I recieved an email chasing me. Yet, every time there was an issue (broken air conditioner, mould due to defective sealing, rat infestation!!!) my requests were ignored completely. I had to resort to bothering my lovely landlord because they wouldn't do thier job.

At the point where I am trying to convince my landlord to change agents, or I will just move out.
