Silver Service Taxis

I booked a silver service taxi on line for 6 am to catch a 7.20 flight. It never showed and when I finally got onto the call centre (after a 10 minute hold) I was told that there was no booking and they had been having problems with their website. The call centre officer was very polite and professional and I had no problems with her service. Fortunately I was able to drive myself to the airport and caught my flight, but it meant all sorts of problems as I was leaving for a 2 week trip north. I expect better from Silver Service.

The drivers I have had try very hard to take the long way home! If they think you are distracted they go off in any direction except the right one.



The cars are nice and clean - it's just the drivers who think that everyone in Canberra has money to throw around.
