Silver Service

I always find these taxis to be more reliable and cleaner. The staff also seem to be friendlier and more knowledgable with directions. I do find however that taxi prices are getting more ridiculously expensive with a trip to the airport getting close to the $100 mark even though we live relatively close to the city.

For the second time they didn't turn up and I almost missed a flight. They are more reliable mid week but not very good at the weekend. Won't be using them again.

If it is raining and you are cold or having important meeting don't use Silver Service. I rang them and asked them to send me taxi ASAP. After 15mins in the rain and cold. I had decided to called them back and they said they didn't have my booking and abruptly hung up. I rang them back and found operator who couldn't understand the sense of urgency, rude and no service mind. They were annoyed that I was asking them why I got hang up on and where was my taxi. Utterly useless. They don't deserve any stars!
