Providing career change advice and helping people in their new job search quest has been the focus of my work for over fifteen years.


This career change advice has helped many people find a career that matches with the individual personality or motivational style that is unique to them.
That might be a job working for someone else. Or perhaps in your own business.
Everyone has abilities, something of value to offer in the world of work. I believe there are no exceptions to this rule.

grossly underestimate their abilities or
they say "I don't think I have any"

Any career change advice usually starts with addressing your gifts and abilities.
When I talk to people about their gifts and abilities, many people initially think of others people's gifts and abilities!

Isn't that interesting?
Why would they think of other people?

One of the reasons for this is that the words 'gifts and abilities' have a connection in many peoples minds to 'extreme' gifts and abilities.

So we begin to compare other people who have extreme gifts and abilities, or at least better abilities than our self.
