This practice cancelled my appointment due to double-booking without notice. I turned up for my appointment at the scheduled time, however I was told that the psychologist was not available. They did not apologise for their mistake and provided only excuses for it. Their conduct is certainly not consistent with what they claim their service to be - warm, caring and experienced. I also recommend you look elsewhere if you are after good, competent service. There are a number of other psychologists in the area.

This is the first review I have ever written, it's not something I do - but after my experience, I felt it was important to share so that other people can avoid going through the same frustrations. I have never experienced such a lack of care for my personal wellbeing or that of my family from an organisation that claims to be warm, caring and experienced. After my partner and I had gone through a very traumatic personal incident, I booked an initial consult with Simon for my husband through their Client Liaison Officer. At the time of booking I made them aware that it was important for him to be seen as soon as possible. The session was confirmed via email however two days out I received another email stating there were issues with incorrect scheduling, that the apt had only been pencilled in and I hadn't provided enough details and that the next apt was 2+weeks away.
