SPECIALISING IN TRAUMA AND POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER (PTSD)

Trauma/PTSD involves a sudden, unexpected, life-threatening event (early life or recent) that leaves us feeling completely powerless and shattered. Eg. car accident, betrayal, career redundancy, child abuse/neglect, major illness, assault, witness to violence, medical procedures, death of partner/family member etc.

We believe that our life will somehow never be the same again. Even though we appear to be living our life, deep down we often feel alone in the world.

The GOOD news is that with the latest neuroscience and trauma research available, people do recover from trauma and are able to reclaim their lives!
