Patrizia Simone has been cooking simple, Italian comfort food from her relaxed and welcoming restaurant located in Bright at the foot of the alpine resorts for over 20 years. Local products makeup much of the menu with dishes including Italian sausages served with cannellini bean salad or handmade ravioli stuffed with wild greens, and served with burnt butter, Wandiligong apples and walnuts. The wine list pays homeage to local producers from the King and Kiewa Valley. Worth a trip.
