Simply Photography

If I could do minus stars I would. I went there to get glamour shots done. Was fun getting photos etc. my sister and I paid $2500 each for a frame with 3 pictures and a photo album each. They told us the photos would be in within a month we have only just received them and its December. We continually messaged them mostly without a reply. When we finally got the photos the photo albums where white instead of the black we ordered the frames we got looked like cheap reject shop frames which are all presents which now look cheap and tacky. My sisters photo book also had bent photos in them. They also gave us a photo disk which we can't even view because the files are corrupt. I have messaged them to complain and have had no reply. Was a very unpleasant and un professional experience. For what we paid I expected the photos would be amazing. Really disappointed.
