Simply Solar

Have had problems with a solar system installed almost 18 months ago. After it being checked by simply solar twice (after numerous attempts to convince them it wasn't working) we finally had another tradesman check it who confirmed it was faulty. No emails are replied to - no communication at all by Simply Solar. After the usual effort to try and contact them we eventually managed only to be told it was no longer in warranty even though we reported it to them over a year ago. Absolutely dreadful service.

Quick, decent and efficient. This might be a too early review, but..: We purchased their cheapest electric boosted 300L split system 2 days ago. We turned off the booster just as soon as they finished the installation and left, and we still have perfect hot water since (and there was not even continuous full sun out).

Their MODSOL3002CW2.5 system's collector is performing excellent.

I am very much impressed with this companies recent installation of our new solar hot water service. I had a few quotes even by one of the majour energy suppliers and Simply Solar impressed me with no only by turning up on time but happy to spend the time to explain it all to me in English even before i had made my decision. The guys were nice that did the install and talked me through it when they were done taking all the rubbish and everything away including the old tank. I found them on here true local and wanted to let others know that i would be more than happy to recommend these guys. I am proud to have supported a QLD family business. Good luck
