Food was average.... Service was terrible, waited and waited even though i had rung over an hour before told would be 25 mins for take away then to get there and wait for 20 mins for someone to acknowledge me at the counter!!! Not the first time this has happened but will definitely be the last!!
after waiting 30 minutes after being seated I had to go chase up the staff to get drinks. Service was non existant.
THe food serves were very small, even the main course.
THe quality of the food was what you would expect from a food court, but at full restaurant price!
worst dining experience in years!
My husband and I went to Simply Thai after getting it recommended to us but we will never go back. Firstly it took them 45 mins to take our entree order and that was after we had to try and ask someone to serve us. Secondly when the food came out there was a hair cooked into our spring roll. Thirdly we used our entertainment discount voucher and the waiter tried to work out the price in his head and didnt give us enough discount. Bad service, not the best Thai food we've had and not a very nice atmosphere
