Worst car dealer I’ve ever dealt with,

Picked up a used car on monday had to return it the next day as the vehicle kept showing errors . Transmission fault and DSC fault

Got given a courtesy car and was advised to keep it until my car is fixed however now I have the used car salesman harrasing me while I’m at work and demanding I return the Vehicle that was loaned out to me or he will report it as stolen.
despite me filling up all the paper work required for the loan car and being advised to keep this vehicle until my car was ready.

Very unprofessional and would probably advise for everyone to steer clear from this dealership.

We purchased a used Falcon from Sinclair a few years ago with the promise of "Tyres for Life" on the proviso we had all our scheduled services done there. Sinclair are not cheap when it comes to any mechanical work so I guess we paid for the so-called free tyres via over-priced servicing of our car. Last time we had a service, Sinclair called us to say we need four new tyres. After telling them we have "Tyres for Life" Sinclair told us it was cancelled because our service was a month overdue.
We are now happy Jax Tyres customers and would warn off anyone thinking of using Sinclair for any mechanical work. They charge at least double what we pay at Jax.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Do not purchase a car from this dealership and if you have do not ever have them try to repair it when it does go wrong. I have spent over 5k on unnecessary issues than the actual problem. They do not diagnose the problem they are monkeys playing trial and error. They are the biggest money grabbers by far dodgiest dealership I've ever come across! I urge everyone to stay away and take your business elsewhere.

We visited Sinclair Ford and were given the opportunity to test drive the TS Territory. At the time, this dealership offered great customer service and I allowed them to make an offer to us on the day, on what they could do to earn our business. (after all, you do need to shop around). We put our offer on the table and were told directly that it was not possible. The salesperson spent more time trying to talk me out of wanting headlight protectors and trying to steer me toward aftermarket side steps. In my opinion, not trying hard enough to earn our business.

I bought a brand new car from these people it was a ford fiesta with countless problems with so many promises no problem was ever fixed. Coming from the management staff who never kept a promise never returned a call and never ordered a part when needed to make matters worse they book my car in for service without my concent then call me to tell me I missed my appointment???? Sinclair ford sales and service staff are a joke will never recommend these people to anyone. They are simply shocking. Stay away for piece of mind
