I won a GHD here and they assured me it was real. It was then verified through multiple checks that it was fake. I asked for a real one or the value that they promised it was worth. The manager became abusive and aggressive and kept passing me the phone to talk to his supplier who verified that the "GHD" that was given to me did not come from this supplier but was from a supplier making cheap knock offs. I was then passed to another manager on the phone who proceeded to yell at me. They should not be allowed to sell fake products. I won other products here which are also fake cheap knockoffs. I can't speak for the haircutting service but if you are planning on buying any products or have already bought, be aware that it is highly likely it is a dangerous cheap products, and none of the GHD's are verified by the company. Have been cutting my hair since last 5 months. Had great haircut everytime.

I got a haircut and treatment done. I did the treatment since they recommended it. I was skeptical at first thinking that they're doing it to rip me off but I did notice how damaged my hair looked while I was looking at myself in the mirror while getting haircut. I've done it and noticed a great difference it made. My hair was noticeably less frizzy and my sister told me it looks amazing. Some staff didn't speak very good English but I can see they were trying. The owner too seemed to have limited English but that was not an issue as she was quite entertaining.

I had my colour done by Jenny and she did a superb job! She got the crazy request I wanted! Definitely get it done by her. She is friendly and speaks very good English.
