Singapore Shiok at is perhaps one of the must-try shop for when you visit the Eating World food court at Harbour Plaza, Chinatown. A few friends who enjoy their food offerings introduced me of this place. They sell authentic Singaporean food such as chicken rice, har mee, char kway teow, and nasi lemak, amongst other things.
I tried their special roasted chicken rice and was impressed with the quality and the taste. The chicken was served on a bed of bean sprout, and comes with a separate plate of steamed chinese broccoli, a bowl of soup, a serve of chilli sauce, a serve of sweet soya sauce, and, of course, the Hainan-flavoured rice. The price might be on the premium side but it comes with really big serving size that your appetite would certainly appreciate.
The food court itself has a lot of seats and has always been quite clean ever since they were renovated a few years back.
