Bought this Jacket online.
Shipped through fast way.
No jacket after 10 days.
Told fast way are not always reliable.
Told I would be sent a new jacket.
A week later I asked for tracking number.
A day later sent another email regarding an order update.
Still no response.
I’ve bought from Sirrico before years ago and had no problem.
However this time all they needed to do is return some additional emails and give me a tracking number.
I find this which appears to me to be a lack of care rude. I don’t know if I’ll buy from sirrico again but I probably wouldn’t recommend it. And I still have no jacket two and a half weeks later and no email response.
It’s been 4 weeks this Sunday and no jacket and no response from sirrico. I have sent several emails and they have not responded. I also phoned last week and left a message, again no reply. Today I rang sirrico and and was asked my order number, I responded with the order number and was then asked to wait. I waited five minutes then the phone just cut out. Not very optimistic about sirrico, just a big disappointment and abuse of power.
I just rang sirrico again and was told they are having problems with their phones and the women asked for my name and went ahead and issued a refund. Finally - Phew
Extremely helpful lady, always keen to provide the best advice and service.
This is my second purchase through them.
My only advice for anyone considering buying from them is they seem to be a very busy little business. Call them if you have concerns and need a fast response.
I can't agree with the previous reviewer because I had amazing service. I was looking for a leather jacket and the lady that worked there helped me find the perfect one for me. She helped me find sizes and styles and actually listened to what I was saying. I ended up buying a beautiful black leather jacket that I'm so happy with.
Worst service. Walked in, staff was serving another customer, the staff looked at me and smirked and rolled eyes about the other customer. I went to try on a jacket the staff pretty much ran to the back of the store and grabbed the jacket, asking, "have you checked the size? You want to try this on?" In an extremely condescending tone. As if to say, this won't fit you. I tried the jacket on. I was looking for how it could be done up, there were no zips, buttons or anything to do the jacket up. The staff then proceeded to say, "oh, the leather will stretch (mind you, it was fitting at this point well) you don't have to do it up." Really, I don't have to? It's physically impossible.
