I LOVE this place. Cheap and affordable. Good service I get my eyebrows threaded ($7) here all of the time and they always do a good job (the same as other places where I paid nearly $30). They have a loyalty card service going on as well so every fifth treatment is free. I have never had a bad experience. You can book or walk in, they accommodate for both. I only discovered them recently but they're a true gem! They also shut at 7pm so plenty of time after work as well.

Incompetent staff caused severe bruising and tearing of skin while waxing. Staff did not know how to wax and did not know to wax against the direction of hair. Wax used was too hot and the staff did not know how to use the machine to make it cooler. I ended up having to wax off towards the end after staff had applied the wax to prevent any further bruising.
I informed management, and sent photos of the bruising as text messages. Siya was indifferent to the injury that had been caused by their staff and simply told me that it was up to me if I no longer wished to go to them for waxing.
