We went here for mothers day 2017 and arrived at 8.30 There would have been 20 or more waiting to get in but doors were locked.Staff could be seen cleaning inside so er waited. 45 minutes later with well over 50 waiting to get in we left. Nothing on their website nothing on the door and zero communication from the management about what was going on. Some waiting had bòoked. Pathetic way to run a business. We will never come back.
I come from the Gold coast where i enjoy the sizzlers in Broadbeach, but Logan? AWFUL (lunch) every plate (5 plates) I had something different and a combination of food item at that, every-time I was disappointed. Particularly in the tuna pasta salad and potato bake, the first which visible had tuna but the strong taste of balsamic vinegar, not the the creamy mayo or cream cheese and tuna taste it should have. The last I couldn't believe, the simple and oh so basic potato bake. The first thing i noticed was the lack of cream it was very dry looking, once I took a bite I was furious, the potato wasn't cooked though it was tough and raw when it should have been soft. If that weren't bad enough the a staff member handed me a card which would discount our next visit (UNLIKELY).
OMG people stop going to this sizzlers i mean i enjoy sizzlers (the annerley one is the best) but this sizzlers through me off i mean the people were very very impolite, the food i guess i couldn't complain until i found a bug!!! In my salad......now thats wrong this ugly little black thing just dancing around on my food ewwwww..... That was disgusting
