Hi we recently had our old hardwood floors done by SJK floor sanding Steve was amazing and really gave us the best options we got a 2 pac poly because we needed to make sure they would last. He was on time and made sure we were happy at each step of the process. We were so confused as to have we wanted and how the flooring process worked it was a blessing to have such a patient tradesman for once.

We had a terrible experience with this company. I would not recommed them at all!! Never showed up when they said they would. Took over 2 weeks and we had to move out much longer than needed. They never responded to our calls or texts so never knew when they were coming to complete the job but of course insisted on paying up front. Shocking and stressful experience. Do not use them and ignore the positive reviews. You will regret getting involved with them!!
Avoid at all costs.
I accepted the quote and booked the job on the Wednesday 2 weeks before the Easter holidays. After confirming the start date with Jessica, I then spent the weekend emptying out the apartment in preparation for the work to take place on the Monday morning.

thank you steve and hannah for all your time and great work our floors look beautiful we had honey coloured floor which we just didnt love but after steve sanded and stain them a dark brown they look just perfect, the communciation has been great and made the process so easy.thank you once again.
