2 Weeks ago my step dad Died in Victoria. My mother arranged for this company to drive from Vic to nsw with ALL of her furniture. The revivalist left on the Wednesday and claimed to be here on the Friday morning. Friday morning came and nothing. Friday afternoon came and still nothing. I had called them to ask where they were and There response was "we haven't left Melbourne yet, we will be a week" They had not bothered to call me and let me know they weren't here, I had to go out of my way to contact them! 1 week past and no contact and now another week past and still nothing. They claim to have 1 truck and that truck broke down which is why it took a week. Today on the 17/6/15 they were meant to be here early in the morning and it is now 6:00pm and they are not here nor are they answering the phone! This removalist takes very little care on how they move peoples furniture and belongings. They broke our TV which was only 6months old and refuses to repair or replace the TV. They are giving us the run around. We gave them the benefit of the doubt to fix the TV but refuses to fix or replace the TV now. They refuse to fix their mistake, nor apologies for the matter.
