HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - USE ANOTHER AGENT - NOT WORTH THE STRESS

I recently booked a holiday with Skilled Travel and left on Christmas Eve we arrived at our destination at 11pm to find we had no accomodation booked (which we had paid skilled for), we tried to contact skilled but there office was closed to the 3rd of january (the day we fly back from our holiday) and if it were an emergency to send an email to which there was an automatic response email say someone would contact me within 48hrs (at this point me and my partner are stressing on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day) I was on the phone to Australia until 2am trying to sort it out to the point were we put our own credit card as security for a room (did ...read more
