I purchased 4 scoopons for eyebrow wax at $5 each. So far I have used 2. Both times I rang for appt I was given one on the day and time I requested. Yes the salon is a bit dated but it is clean. The therapist was very friendly and gave me advice for my daughter about becoming a beauty therapist. The waxing took about 20 mins and I was very happy with the end result. My second visit was just as pleasing. I have no complaints whatsoever and would have no hesitation going back.

I bought a Scoopon for this place and I'm very disappointed. for weeks I have tried to make an appointment, and was promised to get a call back, but no one ever rang, or no one at their shop answered the phone. Now, the voucher is nearly expired and when I called today, they said that they have left voice messages on my mobile (strangely I have never received any from them) and that they don't have an appointment available anymore until the voucher expires. I was very keen in using my voucher and I am very disappointed that I can't go anymore... Why do companies do this voucher stuff when they don't have the capacity to serve the amount of people that buy them??

I bought a Scoopon for a facial at Skin and Tonic. 2.5 hours before my appointment, I received a phone call that my appointment had to be cancelled. I was assured that they would call back later that day to reschedule my appointment. Towards the end of the day, I hadn't heard from them, so I called myself to reschedule the appointment. Not only they were very unaccommodating, they were also rude and the manager even shouted at me over the phone and slammed the phone down to hang up! DO NOT GO THERE EVER! Do you really want such rude people to be going anywhere near your face?!!!

Thanks Ladies. So nice of you to have rescheduled me at a time convenient to us both. Friendly staff make the 'joy' of treatments such as waxing much more bearable! Facial was great and skin is feeling good. Will return here.
