My husband attended once. Extremely expensive, and he decided to go to another recommended dermatologist. Has never been back to Skin Matters. Skin Matters contacted my husband, to find out where he went. Skin Matters have also contacted his new Dermatologist to find out information. Skin Matters have repeatedly contacted my husband asking for more information as they were unsuccessful in their attempts to find out information from his new clinic. My husband has made it very clear he will not be returning to Skin Matters.
This repeated contacting to continue to find out information made us feel extremely uncomfortable, and makes us suspicious as to why they keep contacting us when we have made it clear we are not returning to them
