DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GIRLS. They have more terrible reviews on their own webpage with Others advising not to buy from them.
They take your money but don't send the order. I have received part of my order.
They say they are out of stock but still selling the item online, saying it is in stock.
I've been begging for my products for nearly 10 weeks now, but to no avail.
Next stop , fair trading department will have to be involved.

And I received the items within 2-3 days(melbourne). Today I placed 2 more orders as they have amazing discounts and free gifts. Very pleased with everything. Would recommend this to anyone and of course will keep ordering from this website :)

Terrible customer service. I've placed 2 orders in the last 2 weeks. They took my money and only later on I was informed that the orders would not be sent. They have not refunded me or responded to any of my emails or Facebook messages.

I was recently recommended to sample out ‘Skinstitute’ products, after reviewing a number of sites that stock this online, I found this group to be relatively competitive, although most were neck to neck in prices only a few dollar difference here or there, and others offering samples whilst another may not. The online purchase experience was easy to move around towards to the final payment option. The delivery was efficient, 5-7days as it was untracked. On delivery of the product it was all well packaged and left at the front of my door. Please with the overall online purchase experience and will defiantly recommend and return again.
