Really good service. The first time I had my car serviced her they almost halved the total cost of my service because my car was in good condition and did not need as much work. It can be tough to find a mechanic that wouldnt just charge me what I was quoted for in this situation.

I've had 2 cars serviced with them, never again. I actually want to call ACCC. They're friendly and cheap but they don't fix problems, they introduce new problems! Both times we got new problems with my cars after the service. One of the problem was my 5 year old car, straight after service, started to leak oil (which never did happen in the past) and it got worse and worse until the car broke down in the middle of the road suddenly. We found out the oil cap was not even tighten at the bottom of the car. Both of the bad experiences clearly indicate they use trainee to do the job or they're just not capable.
