Wow I cant believe that people had so many troubles there. I bought epiphone Rf500 which I couldn't find anywhere in melb. The price was betrer than any internet offer. I am thinking of buying some cheap les paul and might buy from them if the price is good.

Recently I tried out a PRS SC245 a nice guitar,I asked the manager if I could get one with an ebony fingerboard,he said that ebony kills the tone of the guitar(that's incorrect!! it's a different tone) I asked him about a discount for cash and he gave me rude response!! he seemed to be more interested in his laptop and I'm a previous customer,go to Syndal Music you get good service there.
