Good Service, super reliable, I have booked them for visiting family members several times in the past.
However, I was severely disappointed and inconvenienced to find out the Frankston Service no longer stops at the Buckingham Hotel on Nepean Highway! Even the staff at the hotel did not know about this! Poor communication on SkyBus' part :(
This is the only way I travel to & from Melbourne Airport. I've never had a problem with their reliability, always amazed at how frequent their services are. Nice comfortable buses with more than ample space for luggage. Very reasonably priced. Nothing negative to say about them at all.
SkyBus is the most cost effective way to get from the airport to the CBD and now St Kilda. It leaves regularly, and takes about 25 minutes. Once in the CBD there is a free hotel connector service which will drop you close to your hotel. Or, the friendly staff will point you in the right direction to walk or for a tram.
The transport to and from Melbourne Airport can be hard. Taxis are expansive (and so is uber) and there is no train option.
Fortunately, however, the SkyBus is available. They leave very frequently - I want to say every 15 minutes but can't remember.
The service is simple. Buy a ticket and get to Melbourne.
The buses are modern and clean. The drivers and staff are courteous.
I found the drive comfortable and quick.
The best thing is the pricing structure. It is no cheaper for a return ticket, meaning to me that the price structure is transparent!
