Slaven Mazda

It's been a few years since I was getting my Mazda6 serviced by Slaven Mazda (which always had outstanding customer service), but recently my partner purchased a Mazda3 from them. Even their sales side was outstanding in their customer service.

I cannot recommend Slaven Mazda any higher.

I had my 50,000k MAJOR service here earlier in the year on my Mazda vehicle in which they are supposed the change and clean parts of the motor which I just found was not done as I had my 60,000k service done with another more trusted and professional mechanic as was told that absolutely nothing was done in my previous service. I watched as the mechanic pulled out the filthy air filter which was supposed to be changed and doesn't look like it's been changed or cleaned in years! Along with other parts of the motor that looked like as if they haven't been changed/checked in a long time! I would highly recommend NOT going here for your service or anything else as they are absolutely useless and couldnt care less about any questions concerns you might have! They couldn't even fix my squeaky brakes which the new mechanic instantly fixed! Disgusting service and won't be returning.

I wouldn't normally post these review but they have run out of chances. I have been unfortunate enough to had to use them twice in the last 5 years. Generally because they can get a quote done on the same day as me calling them. I now know to hold out until an appointment becomes available at somewhere else.

First instance in 2007, Car was returned to me without the Electric Window assembly installed correctly, so it didn't work, they acknowledged this at time of pick up but told me to bring the car back and they would fix it. I was due to fly overseas, I contacted them about 5 weeks later in which they advised they had no recollection of it. I pressed my case and finally they relented.
