Sleepy's

Was advised my order would come in Thursday. Wrong bed delivered. Was then told it would come in ASAP. No follow up from Sleepys so called. Was told it would come in and be delivered the next day. No phone call and no delivery. Shocking communication and still no bed. Would not recommend to anyone.

My husband and I bought a mattress at Sleepy's in Hopper's Crossing and we were impressed by how professional the staff were. Jane and Barb (apologies if I've gotten their names wrong) were extremely knowledgeable and patient. They asked us a few questions then showed us 3 mattresses. They did not try to sell us the most expensive mattress they had in the shop and when my husband asked why not (as most sales people would try to do that), Jane simply said, "because you don't need it". I was impressed! And she was right. Eventually we chose the sport mattress (non- gel) and we've been sleeping very well. I hardly sleep through the night but I've been doing that more now than before. Everything she said about the mattress is true - it's comfortable and provides support and it does not retain heat. In addition, Barb said that she would deliver the mattress at 10.30am on Saturday and she was 5 minutes early. That is unheard of and it really put a smile ...read more
