Slendier is an Australian owned healthy food company specialising in low carb, gluten free pasta, noodles and rice products. The company was founded by Mai V. Haven who drew inspiration from her childhood in Japan where her mother cooked with a product called Konjac - an Asian root vegetable - which she used to maintain her slim figure. The idea for Slendier was hatched and thousands of Australians have since incorporated it into their diet as a healthy way to lose weight.
